We hope you LoVe your Purchase(s); however if for any reason you are not completely Satisfied with your Purchase(s), You may Return or Exchange your Unworn Product(s) -With Tag(s) attached, if their were any, & Original Product Bag(s), within 30 days of the Purchase Date.

Once you're Request has been Authorized an RMA Number will be e-mailed to you.

Any Returns & Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the Original Purchase. If Exchanging we will hold (pull it from inventory) the exchanged item for you for 10 days (as explained in the RMA e-mail) & if we haven't received your return within 10 days of the RMA sent e-mail date, the held Item(s) will go back in inventory. We do not offer
refunds, but will provide a store credit if returned within the 30 days of the Original Purchase date.
- We can not place a "hold" for an Exchange on a NEW (not Officially Released yet) Product(s). You will need to wait & use your Store Credit (Gift Certificate) to purchase the New Item(s) when it's "Officially" Released like every one else. We suggest you become a noVae News Lady (if you haven't already) as all New Releases are promoted in our Newsletter First.
- Any Returned or Exchanged Item(s) that arrive in Worn Condition & or Washed Condition will Not receive Store Credit & the Worn/washed Product(s) will be shipped back.
- Returns & Exchanges could take up to 15 business days to Process.
- If You had made any purchases while a Promotion was running, You will be charged Full Retail Price for the difference or remaining Product(s) that were kept. **Example: The Promotion is: Purchase Any 3 Items or more & receive 10% off your entire order! If you Return any items out of the 3, You will be Charged Full Retail Price for the remaining kept items.
- If You Purchase an Item(s) at Reg. Price & then the item(s) goes on Sale/a Discount applies to it we allow a 3 day window from the date of purchase for a Price adjustment/Store Credit. (this does not apply to items in the Odds 'n Ends Section nor items that get moved into the Odds 'n Ends Section) If the Price difference is more than $10 we will issue you a refund if it's less than $10 you will receive store credit.
Their are No Refunds- Only Store Credit is Issued, if the return/exchange meets all requirements mentioned on this page. You have 1 year to use your Store Credit from the date the Credit is Issued to you. The Store Credit is not attached in your name - which means anyone can use it. (if you choose to give it to someone)
noVaeClothing.com Can not Guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock (because we order limited quantities) in a different size/color. If this happens, You will receive in Store Credit or we can suggest another item(s) at equal or less value. We are always adding New Products!
