Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Reg. Orders ship within 3-7 business days this is in addition to the order processing time of 2-3 business days.
After testing different Shipping methods we have decided that Flat Rate s/h is best for us when shipping to Canada & for United States being calculated by weight - true time by the USPS.

*Pre-Orders: - Items will ship as Stated on the Product Page. If the Pre-Ordered Product(s) Sizing is way off - aka too big or too small per our Measurements, an e-mail will be sent to all the customers whom pre-ordered that product(s) & will be given the Choice of changing their Original Size if the customer chooses to not have the pre-ordered item(s) shipped to them after being notified of the change in measurements we will issue a refund. If the Customer chooses to go ahead & have the Pre-ordered item(s) shipped to them after being notified & making any sizing changes then the Order will be treated like any other return/exchange.
Return Shipping ~
On any Returned orders, Shipping will be the Responsibility of the Customer. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
Shipping Errors ~
If an error occurs with your order, noVae Clothing will promptly send you the correct item(s) --if in stock, a return shipping label
will be e-mailed to you for you to return the incorrect item(s).
Back Orders ~
Any Item(s) on Back order will be Shipped within 15 Business Days {or less...} of the Processed Date. |
